Scott Irvin founded RCI in 2005 after wanting to be able to extend his experience building out and supporting dealer locations in the fast growing world of wireless phones to others in the business world. He saw the expense that inhibited so many from having proper IT support for their small business. With his ability for sourcing low cost solutions and still maintaining  effective support, he felt confident he could extend this service to his clients.

Eli has worked with RCI for 7 years, starting off as a help desk technician, he eventually worked his way up to project manager. He took an interest in IT at an early age after watching his dad work on computers and finding it fascinating. Now he specializes in organizational management and has brought that efficiency to RCI and its clients.
